Tasting notes

Opens with black raspberry and notes of clove and vanilla bean which interweave with blueberry, pomegranate and a touch of cardamom on the palate. Elegant fine-grained tannins lead into a graceful juicy finish.

. . . there's a vanilla underpinning here. . . a complement to the dark-berry fruit and chocolate flavours. There's also a dusting of coffee and spice for good measure. Duck breast would like it. Beppi Crosariol
