Tasting notes

This Rosé is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Gamay sourced from our ripest vineyard blocks. True to its name, its deep rose colour heralds bright aromas of wild flowers and field berries. Red cherry and raspberry on the palate lend a long finish.

Food pairings

This Rosé complements salmon or game birds beautifully.
