NOV. 19th 2020: In compliance with the most recent orders given by Dr. Bonnie Henry and the BC Goverment, masks are mandatory in all shared and public spaces. This applies to all guests and staff. We thank you for your cooperation and support in maintainig a safe and healty enviroment.

Our team is taking every precaution to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests and our staff. We have implemented the following safety and sanitation procedures and protocols to ensure we prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep our communities safe and healthy.

  • No employee or guest will be permitted on the property if they are ill, have recently travelled, or have been exposed to other persons with Covid-19.
    • If you have had any of the following COVID-19 symptoms in the last 10 days, please stay home for your own health and the safety of others:
      • fever,chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, muscle aches or headaches
  • ​​A strict hygiene protocol is in place for all staff including proper and frequent hand washing 
  • Signage to direct traffic and markers to indicate appropriate distancing will be posted  throughout the property, tasting room and bistro to aid guests in maintaining appropriate distancing from staff and other guests.
  • Hand sanitizer will be made available to guests and staff through out and at each entry and exit point.
  • We have a designated cleaner sanitizing frequently touched surfaces and restrooms continuously throughout the day.
  • We require the contact information for one person in each party, whether you are doing a tasting or dining at the bistro. This information will be captured and retained for 30 days.
  • Our local partnerships are very important to us, and we will only be working with tour operators who have the necessary licensing and COVID19 safety plan in place for our guest and staff safety.
  • Maximum group size is 6 persons; A group is defined as guests that are part of the same household, traveling together and/or part of your "safe six bubble". 

    TASTING ROOM & WINESHOP
    Starting June 17th, 2020

    ~Tastings are by Appointment Only~

    BOOKING YOUR TASTING:

    • Tasting must be booked and pre-paid in advance. You can book your tasting with our easy-to-use TOCK Reservation system. 
    • Group size is restricted to 6 persons. A group is defined as guests that are part of the same household, traveling together  and/or part of your "safe six bubble". For that reason we  kindly request only those who wish to taste and/or purchase wine attend the tasting.
    • Due to the limited capacity we are unable to accommodate persons under the age of 19 for tastings.

    ​UPON ARRIVAL:

    • Wearing a non-medical, cloth mask, is now required in all indoor public spaces.  It is required in all winetasting and restaurant settings except while eating or drinking. This requirement applies to both staff and customers in these settings. 
    • We ask that guests wait in their vehicles until their reservation time.
    • Walk-ins will not be accepted, but our friendly host will be able to book you in for our next available tasting time.
    • Please follow the direction of our host before entering the winery. Our host will direct you to your designated tasting area.

    DURING YOUR TASTING:

    • Your assigned tasting room associate will pre-pour the wines. This will allow the tasting room associate to step back and guide  guests through the wine tasting while maintaining an appropriate distance.
    • The tasting room associate will be wearing gloves during the tasting and will change gloves between groups. All staff are required to thoroughly wash their hands between glove changes.
    • Single use tasting cards, and disposable spit cups will be provided.
    • Sanitization of all tasting surfaces, tables, chairs will take place between guests. iPads & payment terminals will be sanitized between every transaction.
    • Glassware for guests will be sanitized in our high heat commercial dishwasher.
    • We do not accept CASH. Debit and Credit card will be accepted.

    MAKING YOUR RESERVATION

    • We are offering dinner service Wednesday - Sunday, by reservations only.  You can Reserve online with OpenTable here.
    • Due to limited capacity we are unable to accept walk-ins
    • Our maximum party size will be 6 for dine-in reservations as per the guidelines by our local authorities. 
    • We have reduced our capacity to ensure all guests can be seated and distanced from other tables.

    UPON ARRIVAL:

    • Due to limited capaciity, we can not accept walk-ins.
    • Please kindly wait for your host to direct you to your assigned table.
    • Tables have been configured to be a minimum of 2 meters apart. 
    • We are using synthetic wipeable menus for proper sanitization.
    • Staff members will be wearing masks at all times and frequent handwashing practices are in place.  Gloves will be used to clear any dirty dishware.
    • Tables and chairs will be thoroughly sanitized between guests.
    • Service disks are available to allow us to serve you at your comfort level.
    • Sanitization of payment terminals will take place after each use.
    • We do not accept CASH. Debit and Credit card will be accepted.
