A classically-made Icewine. Aromas of apricot blossom and strawberry-rhubarb jam, open to a palate of praline and cherry preserves in this rich nectar.
These Gamay grapes were left to freeze naturally on the vines, then picked on November 30th at -12C and pressed frozen to extract the concentrated juice that is the basis for this wine. A small amount of Kerner Icewine rounds off the wine nicely. Residual sugar 184.8 g/L.
