A classically-made Icewine. Aromas of honeydew, peach and ginger open to a palate of praline and orange zest in this rich nectar.
These Kerner grapes were left to freeze naturally on the vines, then picked on December 13th at -12C and pressed frozen to extract the concentrated juice that is the basis for this wine. Brix at press 51.5. Residual sugar 263.3 g/L.
