A classically-made Icewine. Aromas of honeydew, peach and ginger open to a palate of praline and orange zest in this rich nectar.
These Kerner grapes were left to freeze naturally on the vines, then picked February 4th at -15C and pressed frozen to extract the concentrated juice that is the basis for this wine. Brix at press was 45. Residual sugar 199.2 g/L
