A classically-made Icewine. Aromas of honeydew, peach and ginger open to a palate of praline and orange zest in this rich nectar.
Canadian Icewine, made under exacting regulations, must be picked while naturally frozen on the vine. The resulting concentration of flavours and sugars make the frigid pick worthwhile. These Kerner grapes were left to freeze naturally on the vines, then picked on February 9th at -14C and pressed frozen to extract the concentrated juice that is the basis for this wine. Brix at press = 52.6. Residual Sugar 260 g/l
