Our classic Pinot Gris — luscious ripe fruit created scents of orange blossoms and vanilla mingled with tropical fruit aromas followed by a rich and supple mid-palate.
Winemaker Notes
The 2021 "heat dome" gave this vineyard block rich tropical characteristics that nicely complement the spicy, floral Oak flavors of Tokay wood. Given extended time in barrel sur lies with batonnage (stirring) to create a creamy mid palate.
