About this wine
A (mostly) field blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented in terracotta jarre and neutral French oak with extended time sur lies bring complexity and a nice creaminess to the palate. A collaboration to celebrate a mutual love of our community, its distinctive region and its sustainable bounty.
