About this wine
The principal vineyards for this wine are surrounded by fruit orchards, along the Naramata Bench. This is the ultimate “terroir” influence—contributing peach, nectarine, and apple characteristics. Each block was harvested in the early morning and given 2-4 hours skin-contact, adding bright flavor and body to the mid-palate. Slow, cool fermentation preserved and enhanced the fresh fruit aromas and the sugar, acid and alcohol are in perfect balance, with a mouth watering finish.
