Our warmest growing season on record resulted in concentrated classic flavours in this block of Naramata Bench Sauvignon Blanc which we brought into the mid-palate through overnight cold soak before pressing. The bright grassy flavours of this fruit led us to opt for 100% stainless steel fermentation to highlight the incredible freshness. The juiciness on the palate will make this your go-to wine for summer thirst quenching.
