Winemaker Notes
Facing several hard winters, these sauvignon blanc vines have struggled with winter damage. In 2022 they finally recovered enough to give us this beautiful fruit to work with. Fermented in 3rd & 4th fill large format French oak barrels and given extended time in barrel sur lies with batonnage (stirring) to create a creaminess while retaining bright fresh aromas and flavours.
