Black raspberry and notes of smoky clove interwoven with cassis and white pepper. Elegant fine-grained tannins lead into a powerful juicy finish.
En route to Naramata, the stunning Dickinson vineyard is on a sun-drenched bench above the lake. This stylish wine shows dark fruits, fine cocoa and pipe tobacco followed by silky fine-grained tannins. So fun to taste and compare with our other single vineyard Merlots!

Our Flagship Red
Mosaic – small pieces coming together to create a work of art. Vineyard skill, careful barrel selection, and cellar craftsmanship come together to realize a wine of great depth and finesse.
Our newest addition to our Single Vineyard Series. This is a medium-bodied, fruit forward wine. Raspberry and cedar notes highlight the aroma, while the palate delivers a fine, silky texture. Gamay is the principle grape of the Beaujolais region—known for producing early release fun fruity wine. Made here in a more serious style, with barrel aging for 9 months to round out and refine the mid-palate structure.
Cabernet Franc thrives in the terroir of the Naramata Bench. Classic cranberry and raspberry aromas highlighted by violet and black tea leaf. Flavours of cherry and blackberry. Graceful tannins lead to a generous finish.
Legend has it that Hillside’s founder planted the first Cabernet Sauvignon vines in the valley. That first row still lies just to the south of the Howe vineyard, source of this lovely wine. The depth and flavours of blackberry jam, black cherries, and cocoa powder, along with its power and elegance, continue to amaze us.
An early spring and moderately warm summer, and blissfully smoke-free, allowed for very long hang time for the 2019 red grapes. Wine from an older planting of Malbec blends nicely with younger (13 year old) Merlot block.
This 100% Naramata Bench pinot noir shines with juicy raspberry and wild strawberry aromas and flavours. The silky texture lingers on the palate while a hint of spice adds to its beautiful complexity.
A long established vineyard just south of Naramata village is the source of this beautiful Malbec. Filled with flavours of spice cake and dark fruit, this wine is sure to please.
