NEW RELEASE! Bright aromas of wild flowers and field berries, red cherry and raspberry on the palate, and a juicy finish that goes on and on. . . this Rosé is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah.
The summer of 2016 graced us with the perfect conditions for growing aromatic whites, inspiring the creation of this Gewurztraminer and Muscat Ottonel blend. Savour this first edition of Hillside’s Bistro White. Will it be the last? That’s for Mother Nature to decide. Slightly off–dry, this wine has fragrances of jasmine and Asian pear, leading into a lively juicy finish. A winery exclusive.
Muscat Ottonel was the first variety planted at the Hillside farm (1984), and has been a favorite here for some 30 years. Moderate summer temperatures and a long season produced grapes of true varietal expression. This wine has lovely floral aromas and hints of spice.

Naramata Bench terroir and a long hang-time have created a wine with refined aromatic intensity. Think of this as a “summer chardonnay”. Our Viognier has intriguing fragrances of spring blossoms and honeysuckle, with hints of Chai spice.
